To arrive at decisions in our business meetings, Cantine’s Island Cohousing uses the process of consensus. The input and ideas of all participants are gathered and synthesized to arrive at a final decision acceptable to all -- a decision everybody present either agrees with or does not object to. The process promotes the growth of community and trust.
