Our Community
Nineteen privately-owned homes sit on over 9.5 acres of community-owned land beside the Esopus Creek within an easy walk to the Village of Saugerties. Homes cluster on the upper property, while the waterfront area remains quiet and secluded. We agreed that we would share property, facilities, resources, and to some extent our lives, but just as important, we respect each other's privacy, autonomy and personal property. This balance is woven into the fabric of our lives.
The intended purpose of this community is most apparent when we eat, work, play together and help each other, which we do often.
